The HFS is a sensor with a hygienic design that is easy to flush. It is based on the highly dynamic differential pressure technology of the PFS and can measure up to 10 L/min. The combination of the HFS with a dynamic valve is ideal for dosing small quantities at high frequency (up to 50 Hz).
The HFS measures with a sampling frequency of up to 20 kHz and can resolve volumes from 0.1 ml to L with high accuracy.
